The Short Version

Unplayed does not collect, transmit, or share your personal data. Your game collection lives entirely on your device and is never sent to us or any third party.

Your Game Collection

All data you enter into Unplayed — your games, ratings, play status, and notes — is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Backups you create are saved to a location of your choosing (such as Files or iCloud Drive) and remain entirely under your control.

🔑

API Credentials

If you configure IGDB or RAWG API credentials, they are stored securely in your device's Keychain. They are accessible only to Unplayed, never transmitted to us, and are used solely to make requests directly from your device to the respective services.
